Band profile

BGB aka Berry Goddard Band are a five-piece jazz and funk combo who formed in 2003 in Bath. They are making a serious impact on the UK music scene, taking out the chin stroking and putting in the soul + funk with some hot grooves.

Berry Goddard on Tenor Sax leads her group through original numbers and some re-worked classics. Expect swinging grooves, phat funky sounds, a bit of bossa and maybe even a calypso to hit that tropical spot. Available for all occasions as a duo for chilled out events of as 3,4 or 5 piece to fit the venue.
